Lumia 900 will be $499.99 on Rogers with a Dark Knight surprise

 

While those in the U.S. patiently await the Nokia Lumia 900’s debut on AT&T, our neighbors to the north will be able to purchase the Windows Phone handset through Rogers. The question on everybody’s mind is, “How much?”

WPCentral received a picture of Roger’s inventory system revealing the price of the anticipated device. According the photo, it will retail for $499.99. Hopefully signing a 2-year commitment will reduce the consumer’s expense even further. Unfortunately, the release date is not specified in the image, but pre-orders just opened up so, hopefully it will be available really soon.

Speaking of pre-orders, Roger’s website shows an image on the pre-order page announcing a little surprise. It says, “When you pre-order a Lumia 900, Nokia and Rogers have a surprise for you. Hint: there’s a hero rising out the darkness.”

That may seem a little but cryptic, but considering Nokia released a special edition Dark Knight Rises Lumia 800, we’re willing to bet this is another Batman tie in for the release of the Lumia 900.
